Looking out over the Hudson River from the boulders at the railroad tracks, south of the Cornwall Yacht Club. Kids have been jumping off these rocks for years, and into the Hudson River. For the last two decades, the quality of the water has not presented any real health risk. The Hudson is swimmable, according to the state from just north of New York City to just south of Albany.
